GLO is committed to engaging directly with our community through targeted door-to-door outreach. By personally visiting homes and connecting with residents, we aim to gather inclusive feedback from all stakeholder groups. Currently, we are collaborating with the Adams County Government and Placer AI to go door to door for the South Platte River project.

In addition to attending community events, GLO will also host its own. We will first establish a strong relationship with the community and then target our events to specific neighborhoods and prepare flyers and social media to encourage participation. We strive to host events that are fun and accessible to everyone by providing entertainment, translation, and childcare. We use these events to inform, excite, and listen to the community.
As youth, GLO is able to give a fresh perspective on social media branding and content creation. We ensure that every project benefits from engaging posts across a range of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We work closely with our clients to give each project a tailored social media campaign by developing a detailed posting schedule and brainstorm creative, trendy content that keeps audiences educated, informed, and engaged.

GLO will also create video content, depending on the needs of the client. We believe that videos are a fun and engaging way to recruit more youth and spread our message!
GLO partners with multiple organizations in order to make each initiative successful. Some of our current partners include Mile High Flood District, Valerian, Merrick, and Adams County Government. We have had a variety of different partners in the past, each one unique and each one an incredible catalyst to GLO’s success.

GLO participates in local community events that align with the project’s location. Our involvement is guided by a detailed stakeholder analysis and an understanding of local demographics. If a community event targets a key group, GLO is committed to engaging and providing outreach opportunities there.


A huge part of GLO’s initiatives is to form a deep rooted and meaningful relationship with the local community. We do this by creating a team of youth that live in the project area, therefore promoting affinity groups, but also by allowing these youth to talk to the people they already know such as their teachers, friends, and families.
